Get The Effortless No-Makeup Makeup Look

It’s weird – but it’s not. We want to wear makeup without looking like we are wearing it. The “no makeup” makeup look is essentially the bare minimum that we are willing to go when it comes to covering up our flaws with makeup. And, with the help of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, there are far fewer insecurities and flaws to worry about.

So, to achieve this look, it’s more about focusing on how you put it on rather than the amount of products you are layering on your face. Follow these steps to nail that “no makeup” makeup look.

Prep Your Skin

To create a natural-looking complexion, you could forego foundation or apply just a thin layer of tinted moisturizer. Just make sure that you use a gentle exfoliant and moisturizer to prepare your skin a night before. Use a tiny bit of concealer to help cover redness, blemishes or dark circles. You can apply a light translucent powder in your T-zone if you want it to be shine-free or do not use power at all, so your skin looks as if it is glowing naturally.

Fill In Your Eyebrows

Making them fuller can add a youthful touch to your look. Use a brow pencil that is one shade lighter than your natural eyebrow color to fill in the bare spots. Then, comb with a spooly brush.

Eyeshadow

If you choose to go with eyeshadow, go for a softer and natural shade. What you want to do here is highlight your eyes to bring a touch of definition to your crease.

Brighten Your Look With Mascara

This is the quickest and easiest way to brighten your eyes and show off that natural sparkle. Curl the lashes, and then add a single or double coat of mascara to the top lashes. If you must – apply a very light coat to the bottom lashes to avoid spidery lashes.

Go Nude With Your Lips

To nail this look, you should only use natural lip colors that are either closest to your lips or one shade brighter. You may also use a lip pencil in a nude shade to outline them. Blend the color inward and finish up with a lip balm for longer-lasting color.
